Haven House—Centrally Located & Family Friendly!

Welcome to your home away from home! A haven in the heart of the city. This is a spacious upper unit of home, with a separate unit in the lower level that is private, with no shared amenities. The kitchen of this unit includes amenities such as a sink, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, electric kettle, and dishes and utensils. You can enjoy the comforts of two separate living rooms, a formal dining room, and an outdoor deck overlooking the sizable enclosed back yard. Upstairs, you will find three separate bedrooms and two full-sized baths, including the beautiful master with adjoining ensuite. We have included a pack-n-play and booster seat for families with kids. We hope to host you soon! Again, please note that this is a unit above a basement apartment and there may be occasional sound from renters down below. Please try to keep noise down after 9PM and our renters will do the same! Animals and Outdoors: If you would like your pet to join you on your trip, you are more than welcome to do so. We have a good sized back yard with room for your kids and pets to run around in! Please message us when booking if you are planning on bringing your pet, emotional support animal, etc., and make sure that your booking details reflect the pet(s) that you are bringing. If you Instant Book with a pet, we will be immediately requesting the pet fee. Please read the following rules for your pet: -- To respect our neighbors, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside. -- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $50 "pet poop pickup fee." -- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, particularly if they bark a lot when left by themselves. Quiet dogs are able to be left in a kennel/crate by themselves. -- Please do not allow your pet on the beds or on our furniture. -- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay, and we will be filing reimbursement claims for any damage done. Pet Fees: - $50 minimum; please inquire about more than two pets. Additional, our home is NOT 420 friendly! No smoking of any kind indoor or outdoor. This is our personal home, not a space for smoking or parties. If smoking is suspected we retain the right to charge a $300 fee. Thank you for respecting our home.
