Animals and Outdoors: If you would like your pet to join you on your trip, you are more than welcome to do so. Please message us when booking if you are planning on bringing your pet, emotional support animal, etc., and make sure that your booking details reflect the pet(s) that you are bringing. If you Instant Book with a pet, we will be immediately requesting the pet fee. Please read the following rules for your pet: -- To respect our neighbors, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside. -- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $50 "pet poop pickup fee." -- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated. -- Please do not allow your pet on the beds or on our furniture. -- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay, and we will be filing reimbursement claims for any damage done. Pet Fees: - $50 minimum; please inquire about more than two pets. There are Adirondack chairs outdoors for your use, a baby swing, and also a field in the back if you want to go explore. Family: To be able to accommodate families, we have the capacity to sleep 10. We have five bedrooms, each with all the bedding necessary to make them comfortable: - 1 bedroom with two twin beds. - 1 bedroom with a twin and trundle bed, as well as desk for office space. - 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed. - 1 master bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed. We provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one during your stay. We also have a security camera facing the back sliding door to monitor traffic, as well as a smart doorbell at the front entrance. Both cameras will be on during your stay. While you are not sharing this property with anyone else, we do request quiet hours from 10PM-7AM for the property so as to respect our neighbors. Between the brick parking area by the front entrance sidewalk, plus the fenced-off carport and also the mowed area surrounding it, there is capacity for 6-7 vehicles to park for this unit.
