Handicap accessibility: There is a handicap accessible lift in the back of the house that allows for access to the main unit. At the top, there is then a small threshold ramp to get into the house. Please reach out in advance if you have a member of your party that is handicap accessible and needs operating instructions for the lift. Animals and Outdoors: If you would like your pet to join you on your trip, you are more than welcome to do so. Please message us when booking if you are planning on bringing your pet, emotional support animal, etc., and make sure that your booking details reflect the pet(s) that you are bringing. If you Instant Book with a pet, we will be immediately requesting the pet fee. Please read the following rules for your pet: -- To respect our neighbors, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside. -- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $50 "pet poop pickup fee." -- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated. -- Please do not allow your pet on the beds or on our furniture. -- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay, and we will be filing reimbursement claims for any damage done. Pet Fees: - $50 minimum; please inquire about more than two pets. We provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one during your stay. We also have a smart doorbell at the front entrance to monitor traffic. This camera will be on during your stay.
