Good to know

This fully furnished home is ready for your next Colorado adventure. Books, board games, and ping pong are available for use. The large sectional is perfect to curl up on for movie night. 6 Bedrooms: 1 king (master); 4 full beds; 1 twin daybed w/twin trundle. Pool: Heated semi-inground pool (15 feet diameter and 4 feet deep). Pool noodles/floats are provided.

Other Details to Note

Pool: Heated semi-inground pool (15 feet diameter and 4 feet deep). Open only Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool heater is set at ~80 to 90F. Please replace the pool cover when the pool is not in use to prevent the heater from excess use. For your safety, please do not allow anyone to swim alone, especially children.

House Rules

The house sleeps 10 adults plus one in a pack n play. We are family-friendly with one pack 'n play, a highchair, and a baby gate. To preserve the serenity of this beautiful area, we kindly request booking guests to be at least 25 years old. Please refrain from organizing wedding parties or any other gatherings, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to a no-pet and no-smoking policy. Please no jumping or diving into the pool. No standing on the edge of the pool as it may damage the top trim of the pool. No glass jars around the pool area. The pool heater is set to a range of 90 - 100 and must stay in this range. Parking: Only 4 cars are allowed. Please make sure to not block the neighbors' driveways when parking.
